Linkwood 20 Years Old 1997 Cask #7540 (Signatory)

Andrew Symington started Signatory Vintage in 1988, a hotel manager turned one of Scotland's busiest bottlers. A 20 year old Linkwood, from cask 7540, this was distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2018, in the Cask Strength Collection range.

A bourbon barrel and twenty years settle Linkwood's light, floral Speyside spirit.

Bottled undiluted at 54.1%, vanilla and light oak come from the bourbon cask. The profile runs to a leafy lift.
