Description

Signatory Vintage was founded in Edinburgh in 1988 by Andrew Symington, who later bought Edradour distillery. A 20 year old Linkwood, from cask 10005, this was distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2018, part of The Un-Chillfiltered Collection series.

Twenty years in Oloroso draw the cask's fruit into the elegant, floral Linkwood make.

Bottled at 46%, the Oloroso brings sultana, walnut and warm spice. Green apple, hay and a soft vanilla sweetness carry it.
