Description

Signatory Vintage is known for its dated single casks, an Edinburgh independent since 1988. The cask was filled in 2011 and bottled in 2026, a 14 year old Linkwood, in the 100 Proof range.

A turn in Oloroso over fourteen years folds the cask through Linkwood's green-apple-and-grass character.

At its natural 57.1%, the Oloroso lends raisin, fig and a nutty spice. The profile is light and floral, green apple over vanilla.
