Signatory Vintage has released single casks from Edinburgh since 1988, and owns Edradour distillery. Distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2006, this is a 14 year old Linkwood, from cask 5727, part of the Vintage Collection series.

Fourteen years in Oloroso layer the cask onto its fragrant, springtime-floral make.

Bottled at 43%, dried fruit, nutmeg and a polished-oak depth from the sherry. A fragrant, orchard-fruit character, silky and clean.
