Description

The Thompson Brothers run the Dornoch distillery and hotel in the far north of Scotland, their tongue-in-cheek labels masking serious cask selection is an independent bottler. Distilled in 2010, this 13 year old Linkwood was bottled in 2023.

A bourbon barrel and thirteen years settle the bright, orchard-fruit spirit.

Bottled undiluted at 54.6%, the ex-Bourbon brings vanilla and a touch of coconut. It carries a sherried character.
