Signatory Vintage, founded 1988, runs Edradour and its Un-Chillfiltered and Cask Strength Collections. A 13 year old Linkwood, from cask 803836, this was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2021, from The Un-Chillfiltered Collection range.

Time in ex-Bourbon, thirteen years of it, frames the bright, orchard-fruit spirit.

At 46%, vanilla rises from the ex-Bourbon over the orchard fruit. Green apple and barley sugar over a grassy freshness.
