Description

Berry Bros & Rudd, founded in 1698, draws single casks for its Berrys' Own Selection. A 12 year old Linkwood, from cask 314461, this was distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2022, in the Single Cask range.

Twelve years in Sauternes layer the cask onto the delicate Elgin spirit.

Bottled at cask strength, 47.8%, the Sauternes lends honeyed apricot and a waxy sweetness. On the palate, cooked fruit, fresh fruit.
