Description

Signatory Vintage has released single casks from Edinburgh since 1988, and owns Edradour distillery. A 12 year old Linkwood, from cask 34001+.03+.04+.07, this was distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2022, part of The Un-Chillfiltered Collection series.

Ex-Bourbon and twelve years round its light, honeyed Speyside spirit.

At 46%, the ex-Bourbon gives vanilla and a soft, creamy oak. Green apple and barley sugar over a grassy freshness.
