Description

Signatory Vintage, founded 1988, runs Edradour and its Un-Chillfiltered and Cask Strength Collections. This 12 year old Linkwood, from cask 803595, was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2020.

It spent twelve years in ex-Bourbon, long enough to round Linkwood's delicate orchard-fruit spirit.

At 60.1%, undiluted, the bourbon wood lends vanilla and a clean oak edge. Apple blossom, hay and gentle honey on the close.
