North Star Spirits is the Glasgow independent founded by Iain Croucher, a modern single-cask label. Distilled in 2012, this 11 year old Linkwood was bottled in 2023.

A turn in Oloroso over eleven years folds the cask through the lifted, grassy Linkwood spirit.

At 51.9%, undiluted, dried fruit, nutmeg and a polished-oak depth from the sherry. It carries a savoury note, plastic.
