Description
The Symington brothers founded Signatory Vintage in 1988, now home to the Cask Strength Collection. An 11 year old Linkwood, from cask 204 + 206, this was distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2024, in The Un-Chillfiltered Collection range.
A turn in Oloroso over eleven years folds the cask through Linkwood's delicate orchard-fruit spirit.
At 46%, the Oloroso lends raisin, fig and a nutty spice. Expect chocolate, a fragrant note, new wood, a sherried character.
