Linkwood 11 Years Old 2012 Cask #105 (Signatory)

Andrew Symington started Signatory Vintage in 1988, a hotel manager turned one of Scotland's busiest bottlers. This 11 year old Linkwood, from cask 105, came off the stills in 2012 and was bottled in 2023, in the Cask Strength Collection range.

Eleven years in Oloroso fold dried fruit through its clean, apple-and-pear character.

At 57.3%, undiluted, the Oloroso works in fig, date and a dry nuttiness. Lightly floral, with crisp apple and a silky texture.
