Linkwood 11 Years Old 2011 Cask #304084 (Adelphi)

Adelphi revived a historic Glasgow distilling name as a small independent bottler, hand-numbering its single casks. This 11 year old Linkwood, from cask 304084, came off the stills in 2011 and was bottled in 2023, part of the Selection series.

Eleven years of Oloroso steep its clean, apple-and-pear character in the cask.

Bottled undiluted at 59.1%, the bourbon wood lends vanilla and a clean oak edge. Expect vanilla.
