Linkwood 11 Years Old 2009 Cask #694 (Elixir)

Elixir Distillers is the house of collector Sukhinder Singh, behind the Single Malts of Scotland range. This 11 year old Linkwood, from cask 694, came off the stills in 2009 and was bottled in 2020, from The Single Malts of Scotland range.

It spent eleven years in ex-Bourbon, long enough to round its fragrant, springtime-floral make.

Bottled undiluted at 62.5%, soft vanilla and oak come from the ex-Bourbon. On the palate, citrus, fresh fruit, honey, an oily texture.
