Claxton's is a Yorkshire-based independent bottling single casks at natural strength. This bottling is a 11 year old Linkwood, from cask 2109-308320, laid down in 2008 and drawn off in 2020, part of The Single Cask series.
Matured in Oloroso, eleven years deepen Linkwood's light, floral Speyside spirit with the cask.
At 52.9%, undiluted, the Oloroso lends a nutty, dried-fruit richness. Floral, grassy and softly honeyed to the close.
