Linkwood 11 Years Old 1988 Cask #2784 (Signatory)

The Symington brothers founded Signatory Vintage in 1988, now home to the Cask Strength Collection. Filled in 1988 and bottled in 1999, the whisky is a 11 year old Linkwood, from cask 2784, from the Vintage Collection range.

Eleven years in Oloroso layer the cask onto Linkwood's clear-wort delicacy.

Bottled at 43%, fig, raisin and polished oak from the Oloroso. Pear, apple and cut grass over a honeyed base.
