Description

North Star Spirits, a contemporary Glasgow independent, releases individual casks. Filled in 2012 and bottled in 2023, the whisky is a 10 year old Linkwood.

Matured in Oloroso, ten years deepen its light, honeyed Speyside spirit with the cask.

At its natural 53.5%, dried fruit, nutmeg and a polished-oak depth from the sherry. Delicate and fragrant, with a fresh, grassy lift.
