A 15 year old Càirdeas, a 2002 vintage bottled in 2017, sits apart from the usual cask-strength festival drams, an age-stated, lower-strength release.

Fifteen years in ex-Bourbon round the medicinal smoke into a gentler form.

At 43% the peat carries citrus, fresh fruit, a mossy note and honey. An age-stated Càirdeas 15.
