A 2024 thirty, matured across ex-Bourbon and Oloroso. Three decades have worn the smoke soft, the sherry lending dried fruit and the spirit keeping a mineral streak.

Thirty years and a sherry influence bring fig and raisin from the Oloroso, vanilla from the American oak.

At 45.8% the peat is mellow, a coal-gas mineral edge cutting through the sherried fruit. A mature recent release.
