Description

The Symington brothers founded Signatory Vintage in 1988, now home to the Cask Strength Collection. Distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2023, this 25 year old Laphroaig, from cask 3372 followed.

Twenty-five years in a bourbon hogshead shape Laphroaig's coastal, medicinal character.

Bottled undiluted at 52.2%, with sweet vanilla from the ex-Bourbon cask. The profile runs to a cooked-vegetable note.
