Mackillop's Choice selects single casks at natural strength, named for cask custodian Lorne Mackillop is an independent bottler. A 22 year old Laphroaig, from cask 6856, this was distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2013., part of the Single Cask - Cask Strength series.

Twenty-two years of ex-Bourbon soften the distillery's medicinal, briny peat.

Bottled undiluted at 51.8%, with vanilla and coconut from the bourbon oak. Oily peat, iodine and a coastal edge.
