Description

The Laing family has bottled whisky from Glasgow since 1948, Douglas Laing carrying the name. Filled in 1996 and bottled 2017, the whisky is a 21 year old Laphroaig, from cask DL 11990.

Ex-Bourbon and twenty-one years round the heavily peated make.

Bottled undiluted at 53.4%, the cask lends vanilla and a touch of honey. Smoke, salt and tar, medicinal to the last.
