Description

La Maison du Whisky has been Paris's leading whisky house since 1956, a retailer and bottler with deep ties to Scotland and Japan. This 20 year old Laphroaig, from cask 320, came off the stills in 2001 and was bottled in 2021. in the Artist #11 range.

A turn in Oloroso over twenty years folds the wine cask through the tarry medicinal core.

Bottled at cask strength, 58.3%, sherry-soaked fig and raisin from the Oloroso. It carries citrus, a cooked-vegetable note.
