Cadenhead's bottles in the old style, without colour or chill filtration, a habit kept since 1842. This 20 year old Laphroaig came off the stills in 1998 and was bottled in 2018.

Twenty years of ex-Bourbon soften Laphroaig's seaweed-and-smoke peat.

At its natural 54.3%, the ex-Bourbon brings vanilla and soft oak. On the palate, citrus, a fragrant note, honey, smoke, a coal-gas edge, fresh fruit.
