Description

The Symington brothers founded Signatory Vintage in 1988, now home to the Cask Strength Collection. This 18 year old Laphroaig, from cask 3371, came off the stills in 1997 and was bottled in 2016. in the Cask Strength Collection.

Held in Oloroso for eighteen years, the cask steeps the smoky, antiseptic make in dried fruit.

At its natural 55.2%, sherry-soaked fig and raisin from the Oloroso. Expect tarry peat, iodine and a coastal salinity.
