Description

One of several Italian-market 15s under the Single Islay Malt designation, a sibling to the others collectors track. The archaic label is the draw.

Fifteen years in ex-Bourbon over heavily peated malt gave the rounded Laphroaig of its day.

At 43% the peat is tarry and medicinal, vanilla beneath. One for the vintage shelf.
