Description

The Symington brothers founded Signatory Vintage in 1988, now home to the Cask Strength Collection. Distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2014, this 15 year old Laphroaig, from cask 700383 followed., from The Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

Matured in Oloroso, fifteen years wrap Laphroaig's seaweed-and-smoke peat in the cask's character.

Bottled at 46%, the Oloroso lends fig and raisin from its melanoidins. Brine, tar and a smoky medicinal depth carry it.
