La Maison du Whisky has been Paris's leading whisky house since 1956, a retailer and bottler with deep ties to Scotland and Japan. This 15 year old Laphroaig, from cask 700353, came off the stills in 1998 and was bottled in 2013. in the Artist #3 range.

Fifteen years in Oloroso draw the cask's fruit into the heavily peated make.

At 60.1%, undiluted, the Oloroso brings dried fruit, fig and walnut. The profile runs to a cooked-vegetable note.
