Description

Murray McDavid was founded in 1996 by Mark Reynier, Gordon Wright and Simon Coughlin, the team that went on to revive Bruichladdich. Distilled in 1997 and bottled in 2010, this 13 year old Laphroaig followed.

Time in ex-Bourbon, thirteen years of it, frames the famous Laphroaig smoke.

Bottled at 46%, bourbon-cask vanilla underneath. Iodine, brine and peat smoke define the south-Islay style.
