Description

Before Laphroaig numbered its cask strength batches, the full-power 10 wore a red stripe on the label, and this older bottling is from that era. The undiluted flagship at its rawest.

Ten years in ex-Bourbon, bottled without dilution, concentrate the oily, medicinal smoke well past the 40% release.

At 57.3% the guaiacol and phenols drive a fierce medicinal peat, vanilla from the oak holding underneath. A Red Stripe original.
