A rare old European bottling under the Islay Malt Scotch Whisky designation, the wording dating it well before the modern single-malt era. A collectable bought for what the label represents.

Ten years in ex-Bourbon over the distillery's heavily peated malt, made near Port Ellen as it has been since 1815.

At 40% the medicinal peat and iodine run true, vanilla beneath. One for the collection.
