Description

Duncan Taylor has traded and bottled Scotch since 1938, latterly from Aberdeenshire. A 10 year old Laphroaig, from cask 56400, this was distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2022. in the Single Cask range.

Matured in ex-Bourbon, ten years carry the smoky, antiseptic make.

Bottled at cask strength, 53.4%, vanilla rises from the bourbon wood. The smoke is tarry and medicinal, salt on the close.
