Komos Tequila Reposado Rosa

Komos Reposado Rosa is a 100% Blue Weber tequila made at Tequila Orendain in Jalisco, one of the oldest tequila distilleries, under NOM 1110. It is the pink expression of a luxury positioned range, taking its rose tint from the casks rather than any colourant, with sustainability central to how it is produced.

Production begins with both highland and lowland agave roasted in traditional stone ovens, gently milled, fermented with native yeast and twice distilled in pot stills to build the base blanco. That spirit then rests sixty five days in French oak red wine barrels sourced from Napa Valley, which lend softness and the deep rose colour. The reposado is aromatic with agave, floral vanilla and spice, the palate carrying ripe red fruit, a light salinity, cooked agave with floral notes, vanilla and citrus into a long, warm finish at 40%.
