Jameson Single Pot Still is the brand’s first single pot still whiskey release in decades, a throwback to the historic style that made Jameson famous in the 19th century. This expression is crafted from a traditional mash bill of malted and unmalted barley and is triple distilled for exceptional smoothness. It then undergoes a carefully balanced maturation process, using a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, along with the introduction of three types of virgin oak casks: Irish, American, and European.

The palate reveals flavors of dark chocolate, spicy toffee, cinnamon, and ginger, balanced with orange peel and layers of smoked wood tones from the virgin oak. The finish is long, with lingering spices and oak.
