Description

From the Guglhof distillery in the Austrian Alps comes a dry gin built on mountain purity. A carefully balanced botanical selection of juniper, herbs and fresh citrus is refined with Alpine plants gathered from the surrounding heights, lending the gin a distinctly local, high-country character. The structure is clean and the balance careful, the work of a distillery that values elegance over excess.

The nose is fresh, juniper joined by Alpine herbs and a hint of citrus. The palate is dry and elegant, juniper dominant, a fine spice and a slightly floral freshness running alongside, before a long, clear finish of herbs and citrus. Pour it over ice into a gin and tonic with a good tonic and a twist of lemon, or let its mountain freshness lift a classic Martini.
