Foursquare Doorly‘s 12 Years

Doorly's 12 is Foursquare's heritage label, a single blended Barbados rum that brings the distillery's no-additives ethos to a softer, everyday price. It follows the classic Bajan method, a marriage of double-retort pot still and column still rum from one distillery, here matured twelve years entirely in ex-bourbon American oak.

The profile is the elegant Foursquare register dialled to easygoing: coconut and vanilla, caramel and tropical fruit, with toasted wood, dried fruit and a touch of pepper through a soft finish. There is no added sugar, so the roundness comes from spirit and cask rather than dosage, and tropical ageing gives the wood real presence in a dozen years. At a gentle 43% it stays approachable and balanced, an excellent daily sipper and one of the most natural entry points into both Foursquare and unsweetened Barbados rum.
