Filliers Dry Gin 28 Pine Blossom is a seasonal twist on the Belgian distillery's flagship, which draws on a botanical bill of 28 and a distilling tradition stretching back over 140 years. Pine blossom is the signature addition here, distilled in traditional copper stills alongside juniper, coriander, citrus peel and herbs, lending a slightly resinous, woody character you rarely meet in gin.

The nose is fresh citrus with a hint of pine blossom, juniper and subtle herbs. The palate balances resinous pine and citrus fruit against gentle spice, then runs long, elegant and lightly spicy with a refreshing herbal-pine echo. Bottled at 42.6%, it sits beautifully in a G&T with Mediterranean tonic and a sprig of rosemary or a single pine needle.
