A dense, multi-layered dry gin where fresh juniper, spicy coriander and cardamom meet floral nuance and a peppery undertow. The recipe dates to 1928 and gathers twenty-eight botanicals, distilled in small Belgian batches for depth and clarity. Dry, spicy and long on the finish, made for the purist.

Description
Filliers traces this recipe back to 1928, the figure that gives the gin its 28: a count of the botanicals folded into each small Belgian batch. Distilled by a long-standing family house, it favours depth over flash, building a complex, layered profile from a wide aromatic bill while holding the highest purity. The result is a dry gin with real architecture, earthy and floral at once.
The nose opens on fresh juniper, citrus, coriander and fine herbs. The palate is complex and balanced, floral accents and earthy herbs framed by a subtle sweetness and a light peppery note, before a dry, spicy, long-lasting finish. Build it into an elegant gin and tonic with a quality Indian tonic and a rosemary sprig, or let it carry a proper Dry Martini.
