This Diamond rum carries the Ron de Jeremy brand and was bottled by One Eyed Spirit, finished in Armagnac barrels and released at 49.2%. It carries no age statement and comes from DDL's home distillery in Guyana.
Diamond leans to the lighter, cleaner end of the Demerara spectrum, and the Armagnac cask adds a brandy edge of dried fruit and oak. The cask influence here reads light rather than dominant, giving a leaner, drier Demerara than the heavier pot still marks. Molasses based and bottled at natural strength, it is a more restrained, spirit forward take on Guyanese rum with a French brandy twist.
