Casa Maestri Silver is a 100% Blue Weber blanco tequila from Casa Maestri, a large Jalisco distillery that produces for a wide roster of labels. This expression is the entry point of the range, bottled clear and unaged so the agave and the still do the talking, with the novelty here being its 200 ml stainless steel hip flask and matching steel screw cap rather than glass.

Made in the conventional way, the agaves are cooked, milled and twice distilled, then reduced to 40% and bottled without time in wood. The nose leads with classic sweet agave threaded with pepper and gentle spice, and the palate follows with fresh agave, white pepper and a clean spiced finish, an uncomplicated, agave forward blanco built for mixing or a quick neat pour.
