Black Bush is defined by a sherry driven blend build, and the Caviste Edition leans into that character. The malt component brings the dried fruit and toasted nut depth associated with sherry maturation, while the grain element keeps the texture smooth and the profile balanced rather than heavy. The lift in strength helps carry those flavour compounds more clearly, giving the mid palate more grip and a cleaner separation between sweetness, spice, and oak.
