Made from fresh pressed sugar cane juice on a column still and matured in ex bourbon, it is presented as a single cask at a natural 49.4%, a strength that keeps real intensity without tipping into overproof heat.

A decade of ageing has refined rather than masked the cane. The nose is fresh and grassy with sugar cane, vanilla and banana, the palate stays lively and layered with more cane, vanilla and ripe tropical fruit, and gentle oak, grass, spice and tea carry a long, well balanced finish.
