Ampersand Melon comes from the Osborne stable in Spain, a brand built on bringing together opposites: ingredient and technique, science and art, tradition and innovation. This expression puts melon front and centre, its sweet, rich aroma set against the classic juniper note so the fruit feels indulgent rather than artificial.

It pours a pale, summery green. The nose is straightforwardly melon, ripe and inviting, and the palate follows with gentle, fresh melon over a quiet juniper base. The finish lingers softly. This one loves a squeeze of acidity, so pour it over ice with tonic, a wedge of lime and perhaps a ribbon of cucumber, or shake it with lemon juice into an easy summer cooler.
