Cold brewing draws a smoother, less acidic coffee than hot extraction, and pairing it with the caramel base puts black and strong against creamy and sweet in one bottle.

The nose is coffee and caramel, the palate creamy with caramel and roasted coffee beans, the finish long. Behind the bar it brings coffee roast, caramel sweetness and a creamy body to a glass, working much as a coffee liqueur does but with a built in butterscotch edge.
