Description
Butterscotch Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur comes from the German team behind Revolte Rum and the For The Lovers range, who blend freshly brewed cold brew coffee with their own caramel liqueur, bottled at 20%. Cold brewing draws a smoother, less acidic coffee than hot extraction, and pairing it with the caramel base puts black and strong against creamy and sweet in one bottle.
The nose is coffee and caramel, the palate creamy with caramel and roasted coffee beans, the finish long. Behind the bar it brings coffee roast, caramel sweetness and a creamy body to a glass, working much as a coffee liqueur does but with a built in butterscotch edge. It is a natural base for an Espresso Martini or a sweeter White Russian, lifts an iced coffee or a stout, and pours over ice or vanilla ice cream. A coffee and caramel hybrid for the dessert and after dinner end of a menu.
