Butterscotch Oma Ernas Bratapfel Liqueur

Oma Ernas Bratapfel is a baked apple liqueur from the German team behind Revolte Rum, the For The Lovers liqueurs and Momotaro Gin, made at the Kaltenthaler distillery. As with their other bottlings, it uses only natural ingredients and dispenses with industrially processed additives, building a full bodied, aromatic baked apple liqueur bottled at 20%.

The nose is apple, vanilla and cinnamon, the palate carrying the same baked apple, vanilla and cinnamon, the finish long. As a fruit and spice liqueur it brings warm apple flavour, baking spice and sweetness to a glass, a natural autumn and winter note behind the bar. Serve it warmed in a hot apple drink or a toddy, stir it into spirit forward winter cocktails for an apple and cinnamon lift, or pour it over ice cream and dessert.
