Kah Tequila Blanco

Kah Tequila Blanco is a 100% agave tequila built around its hand finished ceramic skull bottle, a nod to the Day of the Dead imagery the brand draws on. The word kah means life in the old Maya language, and each decanter is individually decorated so no two are identical. As a blanco it is bottled unaged, near distillation strength, to keep the agave in front.

Made from Blue Weber agave and distilled in Mexico, it shows a subtly grassy, vegetal agave on the nose with sugared almond. The palate turns slightly nutty with citrus fruit, a thread of cinnamon and a peppery warmth, closing medium long and full of herbal accents. Bottled at 40%, it is straightforward and clean, equally at home neat or stretched with tonic.
