Sun-ripened Wachau apricot pours through this naturally cloudy liqueur, ripe and juicy, with a thread of lavender and a faint gin spine beneath. Made in Austria from home-grown fruit and a Danube Dry Gin, left unfiltered so the colour and flavour stay whole. Soft, fruity and built for the aperitivo hour.

Description
Wildstueck makes this gin liqueur in Austria's Wachau valley, marrying its own sun-ripened apricots to a floral, lightly spiced Danube Dry Gin. The spirit is deliberately left unfiltered, which keeps it naturally cloudy and preserves the full aroma of the home-grown fruit, lending it that bright orange-golden glow. A hint of lavender threads through for a little extra depth. At a gentle 24%, it sits squarely in aperitif territory rather than chasing classic gin strength.
The nose is all intense apricot, with fine lavender florals and a touch of citrus. The palate is fruity and smooth, ripe apricot and gentle sweetness lifted by light spice and a fine gin accent, finishing long and harmonious with a subtle herbal freshness. Pour it neat over ice, or top with chilled soda or dry sparkling wine for a lively summer spritz.
