Rosehips, rose petals and lavender set the floral tone, with juniper, lemon peel and coriander keeping it honest. The clever part is visual: the gin sits a deep copper red in the bottle and turns a gentle pink as soon as tonic is poured, an effect the floral extracts pull off without any artifice.
