Tarquin’s Cornish Dry Gin

Tarquin's is made at the Southwestern Distillery, a small family operation on the Cornish coast where the gin is distilled in batches in little copper stills. Twelve botanicals go into it, including Italian juniper berries, fresh orange peel, violets, green cardamom, cinnamon and coriander seeds, combined with the purest Cornish spring water. That blend of careful pot distillation and local water gives the gin a clean, characterful freshness that nods to its maritime home.

The nose is fresh citrus, orange peel and juniper with a hint of violet. The palate is smooth and complex, citrus and juniper balanced against floral nuances and fine spice from the cardamom and cinnamon, leading to a dry, fresh, lingering finish with a touch of floral elegance.
