Description

Larios is one of Spain's oldest and best-known gin names, and this Rosé expression, made under Beam Suntory, gives the Mediterranean style a fruity, summery turn. The recipe keeps juniper and citrus at its foundation but folds in aromatic strawberries, and a double distillation produces a clear, balanced spirit where the fruit sweetness sits comfortably alongside the juniper rather than swamping it.

The nose is fresh and intense with strawberry, fine citrus and a quiet juniper note. The palate is soft and fruity, sweet strawberry over a mild juniper base with a light herbal spice, before a gentle, refreshing finish touched with citrus.
